Terms and Conditions of Sale 

1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all sales of floor safety products (“Products”) by Grip Guard Pty Ltd ("Seller") to the purchaser ("Buyer"). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Description

The Seller strives to ensure all Products are accurately described. However, due to ongoing compliance with Australian Safety Standards (such as AS/NZS codes), or manufacturing changes, the actual appearance, color, texture, or minor design elements of the Products may differ from images or prior purchases. These variations do not affect the performance or safety of the Product and are not grounds for return.

3. Compliance and Suitability

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure the Product selected is suitable for its intended application and environment. All Products are manufactured or sourced to comply with applicable Australian regulations and safety standards.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in AUD, exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are upfront unless otherwise agreed upon. Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. The Seller is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond its control. Risk in the Products passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Warranty

Returns are accepted only for faulty or non-conforming Products as required by Australian Consumer Law. Appearance variations due to standard or manufacturing changes are not considered faults. Warranty claims must be made within 60 days of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the Product. The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the jurisdiction of that region.
